Details you give us when you contact us, book a consult or buy from us, such as your name, email address and phone number.
Health and lifestyle information you choose to share with us when you enquire about or take part in a consult.
Your email address and name if you join our mailing list or download a free guide.
Payment details when you buy an ebook through our website. These are handled by Squarespace Payments, and we don't see or store your card details.
Basic website information, such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and Squarespace analytics.
Why we collect it
To provide the consults, programs and products you've asked for.
To send you emails you've signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use these services to run our business:
Squarespace for our website, ebook shop, payments and email campaigns. Your information is handled under Squarespace's own privacy policy.
Your bank and ours, if you pay for a consult by direct transfer.
Health information
Health information you share with us is used only to provide your consult and follow-up support. We don't share it with anyone else unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Some of the services we use store data outside Australia.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sarah@gutlabhealing.com. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
